One of the world’s most sophisticated polishing systems along with best-in-class machineries, abrasives and special raw materials delivers higher gloss values for the polished Specta slabs compared to the ordinary slabs. Specially developed resin systems with higher purity and better polymerisation enable better gloss retention over the years.
Manufactured using UV stabilised resins, each Specta slab retains colours for a much longer duration even when exposed to indirect sunlight like kitchen tops near window areas.
‘Purity leads to Longevity’. Purest of raw materials and additives goes into making every Specta Quartz Slab. Unlike ordinary resin systems utilizing cheaper secondary glycols that turn yellow sooner, Specta is crafted using specially developed resin systems with distilled glycols. This enables delayed ageing and hence lesser problems like slabs turning yellow over the years, etc.
Engineered Stone is more than 90% natural quartz so special care is taken to choose only the finest quartz for Specta Slabs. High purity quartz is naturally whiter and brighter. Our carefully selected raw quartz rated high on CIELAB color space imparts distinct richness to Specta slabs. Besides the raw material is passed through optical sorters preventing any contamination going into the slabs.
At Specta, we understand the Chemistry or rather No-Chemistry between an inert material like Quartz and an organic compound like Unsaturated Polyester Resin. To make these two products functional in homogeneity, special coupling agents are required. Before joining ARL about a decade back he has worked with various multinationals like ZS Associates, TCS etc. He handles the business operations of the company’s AAC Blocks and Metal Sheet unit and is heading the company’s new Engineered Quartz Stone business.
A seasoned professional, Mr. Mallikarjun Nidoni comes with over three decades of experience in Ceramic and Engineered Stone industries. Known for his strong technical know-how, he has been instrumental in setting up and establishing green field projects of Ceramic tiles and Engineered stone in major companies like Asian Granito India Ltd. and Kajaria Ceramics. He is well versed with the Breton’s technology for manufacturing of Engineered stone slabs. A civil engineer with management diploma in operations, Mallikarjun is often referred to as ‘The Operations Wizard’ by his colleagues.

His past association has been with Orient Bell and Govind Rubber Ltd where he managed the production of ceramic tiles and tires. He is a meticulous leader who has expertise in production planning and execution, cost optimization, and increasing productivity. Currently, he holds the position of AGM- Production and he has played an instrumental role in the commissioning of the plant and the start of the commercial production. He leads production from RM Section to the finishing line.

He has played pivotal roles in setting up new industrial plants of cement products and have strong focus on increasing uptime and reducing maintenance cost.
